
The EDUC mentoring programme is a tool for professional development and career growth. The programme brings together two employees (one mentor and one mentee) working in the same professional field, of two different EDUC universities.
We’re currently looking for mentees for the EDUC Mentoring Programme in the following fields:
- Research financing and management
- Linguistics
- Research ethics
- Entrepreneurial education and business development
- Internationalisation
- Marketing and communication
Who?
- You have fewer than 3-years of experience
- Your English level is at least B1.
- You wish to develop your professional competency
- You can commit to 10 hours in the next 6 months.

How?
The Mentoring Programme takes place during working hours.
The goal is that the mentor and mentee will:
- Have at least one online meeting a month for six months.
- Participate in three digital training sessions with mentors, mentees and trainer.
Dates for sessions: June 4th 12.30-13.30, September 12th 14.00-15.30 and October 23rd 13.00-14-30.
