Meet international colleagues and work together on the topic outgoing Erasmus+ mobility. Join us for an exciting and informative staff week at Campus Vestfold.
Are you interested in learning how to enhance the quality and impact of your outgoing exchange activities? Do you want to share experiences and best practices with colleagues from other HEIs across Europe? Do you want to discover the opportunities and benefits of the Erasmus+ programme for your institution and your students?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should join us for the staff week at Campus Vestfold (usn.no), close to the city of Tønsberg (visitvestfold.no). Tønsberg is the oldest town in Norway, with a rich history and culture, and a stunning location on the western coast of the Oslofjord.
The staff week will focus on the theme of exchange students, outgoing mobility, how to succeed with Erasmus+, BIP, staff mobility, USN Research and KA2. You will have the chance to participate in interactive workshops, group sessions, and networking events, where you will learn from experts and peers about topics such as:
- How to promote and support outgoing mobility among your students and staff
- How to manage and monitor the quality and recognition of mobility activities
- How to use digital tools and platforms to facilitate and simplify mobility processes
- How to apply for and implement Erasmus+ KA2 projects and partnerships

Tuesday, June 4th:

- USN Partner Days opening
- USN presents outbound mobility
- Presentation of outbound mobility by 3 partners
- Lunch at Midgard Viking Centre (vestfoldmuseene.no)
- Group work on outbound mobility
- Presentation of the work
- Wrap up
18:00 Tønsberg Tour (optional, but recommended)
19:00 Dinner at Haugar Art Museum (vestfoldmuseene.no)

Possible to travel to other USN campuses for meeting with USN staff.
Registration and fees:
We have a registration fee of 600 NOK, which includes working materials and all the meals in the program. You will need to cover your own travel and accommodation expenses. However, we encourage our partners to use Erasmus+ staff mobility funds available at their home institutions to cover their own travel and accommodation costs.
The staff week is open to staff from International Relations Offices and Erasmus Offices who are involved in or interested in developing their international activities. The working language of the staff week is English.

Tønsberg/ Campus Vestfold can be reached by bus or train from either Gardermoen airport or Torp airport. Train tickets can be booked via VY (vy.no) You can also by train tickets on OSL or the train.
